Monark V220.127.116.11 HYBRID WiN MacOSX R2R
A multi-channel instrument with extreme flexibility. MONARK is a virtual analog-style synth with very deep sounds, so you can play rhythm parts, leads, basses, pads, arpeggios, and any other instrument part you want all at the same time.
The ability to program an independent rhythmic layer over top of a full-featured instrument sounds far more organic than any other drum machine you’ve ever played. A cutting-edge DSP engine provides extreme sound quality, allowing you to fool around with track positioning, instruments, and parts for hours before creating the ultimate drum part. MONARKs balanced tunings and analog filters make extreme pitch bending easy, and a single-input oscillator for a rolling kick snare will be a real lifesaver. You can create either a full-sounding drum kit or a live performance-style rig.
MONARK is a virtual analog synth with a dynamic, analog heart designed to be played one note at a time to truly savor its bold, fat tone. Every aspect of the complex interaction of complex analog circuits to the behavior of the filter when overloaded was meticulously studied and recreated using cutting-edge DSP technology. MONARK features super-snappy envelopes, making stabbing melodic lines and punchy electronic drum sounds easy to create. MONARKs advanced architecture even reproduces the the sound of wiring the headphone output into the VCF input, and analog oscillator and filter drift, delivering a sound so lively, fat, and warm you wont believe its software all built within the powerfulREAKTOR framework.
Synthesizer developer Brian Eno once wrote, “If you don’t lose your ego in the process, you lose your soul.” MONARK is a virtual analog-style synth with a dynamic, analog heart designed to be played one note at a time to truly savor its bold, fat tone. customization reaktor provides powerful synchronization to most any reaktor-enabled instrument. when a user connects monark to reaktor, the user can synchronize their device to any reaktor-based device. the concept of synchronization is very simple: enter the name of the device to be synchronized into the monark gui and select the reaktor device to which the user wishes to sync.
the majority of sounds in the ‘monark community collection’ is contained in the “community drive” section, which is sorted by the name of the user who created that specific sound. all the sounds in the “community drive” section were, as described above, crafted using monark’s unique combination of advanced synthesis techniques and used to build custom patches using ni’s reaktor software. you can download those custom patches from our product page.
instrumentation limitations monark’s fundamental instrument and effect techniques are based on analog modeling principles. due to this, some features of monark are not implemented, but the sound shaping capabilities of monark as well as the envelope and effects processing are 100% accurate. only the signal path of the synthesizer is not modeled. modulation of lfo-based oscillators, frequency modulation of mono- and stereo-oscillators is not implemented in monark, but you can make these sounds using eigenharp, reaktor, etc.
vocalization vocals are implemented in a fixed mono channel, the second is used as a modulation source for the mono channel. but that is it. for more sophisticated vocal solutions, you may have to look to external plug-ins for example: reaktor se-4 for vocals, microsoft word for splitting/splicing-in/splicing-out short passages, big fish audio for gate-based editing.
